Rangers centre-back Bilel Mohsni has set himself a 20-goal target this season.

The former Southend defender headed his eighth of the campaign when the Scottish League One leaders won 2-0 at Forfar on Monday night.

Mohsni told the club's official website: "I have set my target and I have 12 goals to go. I have to set a high target so that I can try to improve and get better.

"It's a genuine target and I think it would be fantastic for a centre-back to score 20 goals in a season.

"I am always trying to score more. Fraser Aird has given me a very good ball as always and I was happy to score at Forfar.

"My friend in France is a striker and he currently has 12 goals so we are having a little competition until the end of the season.

"If I beat him, he will invite me to a very, very posh restaurant in Paris so that's the reason I am aiming so high."
