Richie Foran believes a more settled squad can help Inverness Caledonian Thistle achieve survival in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League this season.
The forward scored a penalty as Inverness won their fifth pre-season friendly, this time against Coventry City.
Foran was discontented by constant upheaval last term, with the Highland club left to rely heavily on loan signings.
