Neil Lennon has done most of his work over the past two summers, when he identified the players he felt could take the team forward and duly went out to get them. He has put together a relatively youthful group, most of whom have their best years still ahead of them, meaning there is little need to splurge excessively on an extensive refurbishment in this close season.
