STEFAN SCOUGALL, the promising Livingston midfielder, is the subject of transfer interest from clubs in the Sky Bet League One.
Darren Ferguson's Peterborough have had one bid rejected for the 20-year-old, while Wolverhampton Wanderers are also interested in signing him. Scougall, who is yet to play this season due to a hamstring injury, is contracted until 2016 and made his debut for Scotland's under-21 side in last October's defeat to the USA.
