Alan Trouten notched a hat-trick after Kurtis Byrne had opened the scoring and a David McKenna penalty and a late double from substitute Derek Carcary completed the rout.
Stenhousemuir, who had Brown Ferguson sent off in the second half, counted through John Gemmell and Sean Dickson.
