Having watched his young team demonstrate plenty of courage in beating the much-fancied Netherlands on their own turf last November, you would forgive Billy Stark if he turned to drink to ease the pain of losing a key member of his team for next Wednesday's crucial European Championship qualifying match against the Dutch in Paisley.
