European football's governing body have published their national team coefficients annual table.

The table will determine which pots teams are put in at the Euro 2016 finals tournament draw in Paris on 12 December 2015.

But Gordon Strachan's side are in the bottom half of the UEFA's 54 nations, behind the likes of Slovenia, Iceland and Norway, although they have risen two places from their 2013 place following an upturn in results.

The table is measured by using the qualifying results from Euro 2016 (40%), World Cup 2012 (40%) and Euro 2012 (20%)

Euro 2016 qualifying opponents and World Cup winners Germany are first, Poland are 14th, Ireland are 23rd, Georgia are 41st and Gibraltar are 54th and last.
