Two goals from a rampant Rory McAllister secured a 2-0 win for league leaders Peterhead against Montrose at Balmoor.
The visitors almost opened the scoring in the ninth minute as Peterhead goalkeeper Mark McCallum reacted smartly to thwart Ricky McIntosh's shot.
McCallum then switched his focus to the other end as his long ball found McAllister, who fired home the opener in the 52nd minute.
