On Thursday night, he reprised that performance. This time, the only difference was that the right-back, who scored his third goal for the club in the 2-2 draw with Dinamo Moscow, was able to offer last term's opening-day draw with Kilmarnock as a further reason why United cannot wallow in the despair caused by the late concession against the Russians.
