Portugal manager Carlos Quieroz says Scotland captain Darren Fletcher is a role model for young people all over the world
Fletcher was only a teenager when Queiroz worked with him in his previous role as Sir Alex Ferguson’s assistant manager at Old Trafford, but the impression he made was profound.
