Scottish Gymnastics axe top coach on eve of Delhi Games

Tan Jai En, national coach for 16 years, has been declared redundant, leaving the Games team in a panic search for a coach, and prompting his protege, Melbourne bronze medallist Adam Cox, to withdraw from Delhi and announce his immediate retirement.
