The 23-year-old, who missed the Olympics through injury, has never finished outside the top 10 in five previous appearances.
She joins her fellow Scots Freya Ross, Beth Potter and Rosie Smith, as well as new European champion Jess Coulson, in a line-up that will face the United States and Europe on January 5.
"We were outstanding when topping the medal table for the fifth successive year at the European Cross, with all 36 athletes bringing home a medal," said Spencer Barden, the UKA team chief.
"After brilliant endurance performances throughout 2012, I'm sure that the selected Great Britain & Northern Ireland squad will once again show that we are one of the strongest endurance countries in the world as we enter 2013."
Central AC's Scott McDonald, who helped GB to a team bronze at the Europeans, is included in the senior men's squad which will be captained by Steve Vernon.
