CYCLING'S governing body has instructed the auditors KPMG to carry out a review of its governance in the wake of the Lance Armstrong scandal.
The audit was announced as the International Cycling Union (UCI) revealed discussion topics for a consultation exercise titled 'A Bright Future for Cycling', which will take place early next year.
