Sterling Davis, the Glasgow Rocks coach, has dismissed suggestions that his team froze in front of a club-record crowd of more than 5000 people at their new Emirates Arena home last weekend.
Rocks' loss to Newcastle Eagles leaves them in mid-table as their conquerors continue to set the pace in the early BBL standings but Davis, who will continue talks over a contract extension with Great Britain forward Kieron Achara, insists his side weren't affected by the large turn-out.
