Newly-crowned European champion Polat Kemboi Arikan of Turkey is to go head to head with Mo Farah at next month's Great Edinburgh International cross-country.
The Kenyan-born star, 24, will be joined by his fellow medallists from Bulgaria on Sunday, Ali Kaya and Alemayehu Bezabeh, in Europe's team for the Holyrood Park event on January 10 along with junior champion Ilgizar Safiulin of Russia.
Ireland's Fionnuala Britton will return to chase a third Edinburgh win in four years along with 2013 European victor Sophie Duarte of France.
Last year, Great Britain & Northern Ireland took the team title with 159 points from Europe with 172 and USA in third on 203.
Scotland's Rhona Auckland, the shock winner of the Under-23 Euro crown, is also expected to be part of the British squad.
