Scotland will field its first rhythmic gymnastics team in 16 years at the 2014 Commonwealth Games with Rebecca Bee, Lauren Brash and Victoria Clow the trio of women who will compete.
Their places were confirmed by Commonwealth Games Scotland at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, the venue at which they will challenge for medals.
They include reigning Scottish senior all-around champion Bee. The 21-year-old from Aberdeen, who made the switch from artistic to rhythmic gymnastics aged seven, scored highest for ribbon but also set the selection standard in the ball, clubs and hoop.
She will be joined in the squad by Glasgow-born Clow who made her Team Scotland debut at the 2010 Games in Delhi, finishing 14th in the individual all-around final.
Despite being hampered by serious injury in recent years, Clow, 19, held the Scottish senior all-around title in 2013.
At just 15, Brash is the youngest member of Team Scotland overall to be named so far. A pupil at Deans Community High School in Livingston, she competed for Team GB at the 2012 European Junior Championships as well as the 2013 Australian Youth Olympic Festival.
She has consistently impressed selectors over the past 12 months claiming two silver medals - in ribbon and overall - and one bronze medal in ball at the 2013 British Championships.
