Twins Adam and Jonathan Walker, who play for Huddersfield Giants and Castleford Tigers respectively, are among eight uncapped players in Scotland's 30-man squad for the Alitalia European Cup this month.
The six other newcomers in the squad for the matches against Ireland and England Knights are the Leeds Rhinos hooker Liam Hood and the Swinton forward Chris Clarke while Dave Vernon, Tom Murray and Craig Borthwick step up from the Scotland A team and the Wigan winger Shae Lyon-Fraser from Scotland Under-18s.
