WALES captain Sam Warburton was pleased his side had made it three wins out of as many World Cup Pool A games after defeating Fiji 23-13 at the Millennium Stadium.
Warburton was not too disappointed Wales had failed to secure a bonus point, as they stayed on course to make the last eight.
The result also ensured England will be all but eliminated should they lose to Australia at Twickenham tomorrow.
Tries by scrum-half Gareth Davies and hooker Scott Baldwin and 13 points from fly-half Dan Biggar saw Wales to a win in Cardiff.
Fiji replied through a Vereniki Goneva try, while fly-half Ben Volavola booted a conversion and two penalties.
Warburton told ITV1: "You have got to give credit to Fiji, that was so tough. To be fair to Fiji they played like they had nothing to lose.
"Our priority going into the game was to win. It was a really quick game and very tough for us but we've got three wins out of three. If somebody had told us that at the start of the campaign we'd bite your hand off."
