Anything is possible in this topsy-turvy tournament, but Scotland face huge task

WALES wowed us, while our own wayward warriors suffered further heartbreak on another fascinating opening RBS 6 Nations weekend.

The ebbs and flows of the championship had a somewhat surprising feel as the dust settled on last week's action.

It was supposed to be the start of something special for Scotland and an opportunity for the Irishmen who have dominated European club rugby to wreak revenge on their Celtic cousins but, of course, this is the tournament where the only thing to expect is the unexpected, so little or nothing went as it was supposed to.
