That is the message from Jim Thompson, the Scotland A full-back who is among 13 players reintroduced to the starting line-up for the second of these festive meetings with Glasgow.
"I know there are a lot of changes but it just shows the strength in depth we have," he said. "There are a lot of experienced players there like Simon Webster who has a lot of caps for Scotland and Phil Godman at 10. It is great to field such a strong side even after so many changes."
