GLASGOW Warriors last night agreed the signing of Tonga international loose-head Ofa Fainga'anuku on a short-term contract.
The deal, which is still subject to a medical, will run until the end of January.
Fainga'anuku will be a welcome addition to the Glasgow squad, not least because of the shoulder injury suffered by Jon Welsh and back problem which has sidelined Ed Kalman. The Tongan is expected to arrive in Glasgow next week and will be greeted by a sense of relief from head coach Gregor Townsend.
