The former Glasgow Hawks man has made up for lost time following a lengthy spell on the sidelines through injury with some great showings to help Ayr to the top of the table.
And yesterday he scored a double in a comprehensive 39-17 victory, with winger Kerr Gossman, centre Robbie Fergusson and back-rows Graham Fisken and Calum Forrester also touching down. Scrum-half Peter Jericevich kicked nine points.
