MARTI CAINE is patron of the Leukaemia and Cancer Children's Fund
(Scotland). Currently undergoing further treatment in her own fight
against cancer, she sends the following letter to the people of
Scotland:
Dear Friends, It seems no time at all since I opened Buchanan House in
Blairgowrie in Bonny Scotland, holiday centre for leukaemia and cancer
children.
It was my first public appearance since my own treatment for cancer
and it proved to be one of the happiest I spent with so much laughter in
the air, the welcome and the warmth from all the young unsung heroes.
Please keep supporting the cause to help those who cannot help
themselves -- children.
Yes, Love is Love's own reward.
