Andy Murray's fans, including fiancee Kim Sears, were on tenterhooks today as he attempted to beat Novak Djokovic in the final of the Australian open.

At home Scotland, people were tuning in to watch him on TV and a good crowd turned out to watch the match together at the sports centre in Murray's home town of Dunblane.

At the game, Kim wore a jumper warning 'Parental Advisory' poking fun at her foul-mouthed rant overheard during Murray's semi-final match against Tomas Berdych.

Politcal protestors invaded the match, to air their grievances with Australia's strict immigration policy.

They unvelied a banner saying 'Australia open to refugees'.

Both Murray and Djokovic were guarded by security until the protestors were removed.
