They won 6-4 7-6 (11/9) 6-7 (7/4) 7-6 (7/5) and Marray will be the first British player to play in the men's doubles final for 52 years.
Marray, who is based in Sheffield, will tomorrow take to Centre Court for the first time since he watched Tim Henman lose to Goran Ivanisevic 11 years ago.
