BLACKADDER star and historian Tony Robinson will be the latest writer to talk about his work in a children's literary programme run by the Scottish Book Trust and the BBC.

Both Rosemary Goring's column ("Courage and contempt expose literature policy gap", Herald Arts, September 22) and Hugh Andrew's subsequent letter (September 24) suggest that Creative Scotland's continuing support for writers and publishing has "thrown into the bucket" the recommendations of the Literature Working Group and, alarmingly, that Creative Scotland is "completely unaccountable" for its decisions.
