Dog walker attacked by four bull terriers in a park

A man has been attacked by four bull terriers in a public park.

The 68-year-old was walking his dog in a park in Brechin, Angus, at around 2pm today when he was attacked by four brindle coloured Staffordshire bull terriers.

Police believe the attack may be linked to a similar incident that occurred in Montrose on February 3, and are appealing for witnesses.

The man and his black and tan coloured cocker spaniel were both injured in the attack.

The four dogs were with a female described as in her early 50s, of thin build with grey or brown untidy hair.
