He may be playing Robin Hood in his new movie, but Russell Crowe is taking his role as the hero of Sherwood Forest to heart. This week, the Australian actor walked into a charity shop close to the set of the new film in Berkshire, strolled up to the counter, joined the queue with everyone else, and then, casually, nonchalantly, handed over a cheque for £1000.
