Why patients don't like the food

Along with stodgy school dinners and the old British Rail curly sandwich, it is the quintessential image of uninspiring and inadequate cuisine. Hospital food, however, is no joke, according to the latest survey that suggests almost half of all in-patients are left unimpressed when the meal trolley arrives.
