A young woman was abducted and robbed in a two-hour ordeal after she left a concert, police said today.
The 24-year-old was targeted outside the SECC in Glasgow when she followed a man who had borrowed her phone.
A second man approached to say he would help her get it back but instead forced her into a black Hackney taxi near the "squinty" bridge over the Clyde.
They were driven to Argyle Street and the woman was forced out of the taxi to take money from the Nationwide ATM in Buchanan Street.
She was then made to walk to Buchanan Bus Station where the man who had originally taken her phone re-appeared and both men then asked her to hand over the money she had withdrawn from the ATM.
Police said as she did this she noticed a group of people across the road who she screamed at to attract their attention and ran to for help.
Officers appealed for information about the incident which happened at about 11pm last night.
One suspect is black, 5ft 7in, of thin-to-medium build and wore a black shiny jacket with a fur-lined hood, black tracksuit trousers and white training shoes. He may have been called 'Sneddy'.
The other was a skinny man described as having sallow skin, 5ft 7in, with long, greasy and dark gelled-back hair, crooked bottom teeth and large eyes. He wore a light-coloured long-sleeved top, navy jogging bottoms and black shoes.
Police want to trace the taxi driver who appeared to be concerned for her, two men who also asked her if she was alright as she withdrew money from the ATM and the group who helped her at the end.
