275g fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 peach (seed out)
1/2 tsp of icing sugar
1 large scoop of Mackie's Traditional Ice Cream
Chilled soda water or Scottish sparkling spring water
Puree fruit in blender or food processor.
Sweeten if necessary with icing sugar.
Mix puree with milk in tall glass, add ice cream and almost fill with chilled soda water.
