LAWRIE ANGUS MACINNES. (Formerly of Oban). After a long illness, Angus, aged 88 years, passed away in Ayr Hospital. Devoted husband of Doreen, much loved dad of Kenneth and Ian, treasured grandpa of Martin, Christine and Annemarie, great-grandfather of Isla, Fergus and Evelina. Former City of Glasgow and Strathclyde Police pipe band member and Pipe Major of Britoil and Johnstone pipe bands. Maker of pipe bags. Star striker for Oban Celtic Shinty Club. Funeral service will take place at Masonhill Crematorium, Ayr, on Wednesday 19th December at 1.15pm.
