QPM On Friday, 26th April 2019, unexpectedly at home and in his 95th year, David Blackstock McNee, former Chief Constable of City of Glasgow Police, Strathclyde Police and Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police. Much loved and admired husband, father, stepfather and grandfather. With his Lord whom he served so faithfully. Funeral private. No flowers, thank you.
