James I Magee

MAGEE James I. James "Jim" Magee, beloved husband of Ann and a much loved father of Kieran and grandpa of Rory, passed peacefully at his home on 17th May 2020. James, a science fiction and steam train enthusiast, was a former Physics Principal at St Columba's High School, Clydebank, before retiring in June 1996. Due to current circumstances, the funeral will be private and limited to immediate family only. A celebration of James' life will be arranged at a later date for family and friends.

My most heartfelt condolences to Ann and family at this sad time. Jimmy was a valued colleague and friend with a great sense of humour at both St Aloysius' College and St Columba's. We spent many a happy lunchtime at Scrabble and also several reunion evenings over a pint at Sloans. He will be sadly missed. Rest in Peace, Jimmy.
