Alan Cameron

CAMERON - Alan Lost his battle on Saturday 14th November 2020 at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. He fought bravely with dignity. A wonderful loving husband to Susan, an incredible Father to his son Richard and his daughter Sarah. Alan was also an adoring Grandpa to Adam. A very talented hairdresser, greatly appreciated by his many loyal clients. Alan's two sisters Margaret and Beth loved their young brother so much. A very dear and special friend, lots of memories of great nights and good times together. A donation to cancer research would be very worthwhile, a horrible disease that claims too many.

I’m deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Alan. I worked alongside my sister Helen for Alan and Susan in Clarkston Toll Salon when he was with Irvine Rusk. I was only a teenager starting out in Hairdressing and I can honestly say he taught myself and many more aspiring hairstylists the finest most creative skills that have still to this day never left me. Alan was a great inspiration to me and many more,it’s a chapter in my life I won’t forget. The Clarkston Salon was like a family full of wonderful memories. I look back now and still think he was one of the best managers and Hairstylist by far. He was up there next to Sassoon. Susan, Helen and I offer our prayers and condolences to you and your family, we pray Alan is now at peace, RIP Alan ❤️ Love from
