WELSH - Andrew Peacefully at Seaton Grove, Arbroath on Thursday 17th June 2021, Andrew, former MP, MSP and Provost of Angus, beloved husband of Sheena, dearly loved dad of Jane, Grandad to Zara, father-in-law of Roly, loving brother of Rogan and the late Maureen and uncle of Gary, Roddy and Arlene. Grateful thanks to all staff at Seaton Grove for the kindness, compassion and love shown to Andrew during his time in their care. Due to current restrictions, funeral will be private by invitation only. Should anyone wish to pay their last respects to Andrew, they may do so en route from St Andrews Church, Arbroath to Parkgrove, Friockheim, leaving St Andrews Church at 4pm on Thursday 24th June. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu can be made to Seaton Grove Residents Comfort Fund.
