We will remember Bert fondly as very generous, compassionate, wise and well informed with an infectious positivity and enthusiasm for life. We will be forever appreciative of the kindness he showed our late Dad Karl and our family during dark times. A true and loyal friend - we will miss you greatly Bert.

Bert a true gentleman who we met only
briefly on a New Zealand trip but knew him for such a long while through Richard and Olivia. A character whose company we enjoyed. Jim and Anne Harvey..

Bert Sheil. A true gentleman. A great friend to both Raymond and I and Elizabeth before. Kind, wise and funny who generously shared his family and friends from all over the globe. Rest peacefully "Uncle Bert" after a life well lived and a peaceful end. You will never be forgotten by the many whose lives you touched. Emma O'Neill
