McGOWAN - Sheila On 16th November 2021, peacefully with her loved ones beside her, Sheila Tinning McGowan, Maxwell Park, Dalbeattie, loving wife of the late Matt McGowan and proud mother of the late Iain and Sean McGowan. Patron of the McGowan and Gordon families for so many years, will be very much missed. Celebration of Sheila's life for family and friends at Roucan Loch Crematorium, Dumfries, on Friday 26th November at 3pm and afterwards to one of her favourite places - Clonyard House, Colvend. Family flowers only. A retiral collection will be offered for the R.N.L.I.
