DOWDALL - John Laurence Peacefully on 10th November 2021. John, beloved son of the late Laurence and Grace Dowdall. Well known as a man of integrity, generosity and compassion, he will be much missed by his friends and those who knew him in the legal world as a criminal defence advocate. His great love was music and the arts, humanity and the natural world. A Funeral Mass will take place at a later date in Wells-next-the-sea, North Norfolk, with interment at Wighton Cemetery nearby in accord with his wish. Donations, if desired, in memory of John to a favourite charity, SAY Women, 30 Bell Street Glasgow G1 1LG.
