McLAUGHLIN - Gerald Stewart (Gerry) Catherine Mary and family would like to thank very sincerely all those who attended the Mass, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, online tributes and flowers. We will always remember their warmth. We would also like to thank the Scottish Ambulance Service and Glasgow Police for their prompt, professional and empathetic care. Many thanks to the staff at the Crookston Hotel for the excellent refreshments. Thanks also to Robert Ward, Little Funeral Directors for his guidance and sympathetic care. Thanks also to all those involved in the "flypast" at the cemetery which Gerry would have so appreciated. A special thank you to Father Joe Boyle, Father Brendan Murtagh and Father Philip Kitchen who celebrated Requiem Mass, gave great support and a very comforting and uplifting service.
