Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Airdrie on 25 July 2019 Mrs Josephine Sergeant, Dr Ian Lamont Brown, Mr William Roger Fleming, Mr George James Gilgis, Mrs Heather Findlay Gilgis, Miss Margaret Rose McIntyre, Fiona Stirling and Mrs Erica Tinning, the Directors of The Spark Initiative Limited for restoration to the Register of Companies of The Spark Initiative Limited, formerly having its Registered Office at 20 Blackwoods Crescent, Moodiesburn, Glasgow G69 0EN (Registered No. SC204111), pursuant to Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006; by deliverance dated 25 July 2019 the Sheriff at Airdrie appointed all persons interested if they intend to show Cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Airdrie Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Graham Street, Airdrie ML6 6EE, within 8 days after the publication of this advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given by Susan E H Killean, Solicitor, Church of Scotland Law Department, 121 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4YN.
