TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at 178-186 Trongate/11-13 Hutcheson Street, Glasgow, G1 5RY for demolition of existing buildings and erection of mixed use development comprising Class 1 Retail, Class 1 Hotel/Aparthotel, sui generis Public House, Ancillary accommodation plant.

A public meeting will be held at Mitchell Library - Moir, Dyer, Simpson Room - on 14/08/19, 11.00-19.30.
Further information may be obtained from Mosaic Architecture + Design, 226 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2PQ. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 27/09/19 to Andrew Hadden, Mosaic Architecture + Design, Glasgow, G2 2PQ.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
