Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 & Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposal: Erection of residential development with potential Class 1 (Retail), Class 2 (Financial, Professional and Other Services), Class 3 (Food & Drink), Class 4 (Business) and Class 11 (Assembly & Leisure) uses, including demolition of existing building with potential faretention and other associated works at 520 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, a public consultation will be held online at www.520ss.co.uk from 31st July until 4th September 2020. Any comments can be made via the webpage or by email to 520sauchiehallstreet@iceniprojects.com All comments to be submitted by Friday 4th September 2020.
