TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE A8 Junction - Greenock Road, Inchinnan
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall walk, drive or cause or permit to be driven, or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load, on the following length of road in the town of Inchinnan in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire: A8 Junction.
Greenock Road, Inchinnan - from the A8 junction northwards for approx 200m.
Reason for Restriction: Construction Works.
vehicles Left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.
Alternative Routes: Greenock Road (Inchinnan), Baronsford Road, Greenock Road (Paisley), Caledonia Street, St James Street, Niddry Street, Renfrew Road, Paisley Road.
This notice will be in force from ISOOhours on Sunday 22nd November to 0600hours on Monday 23rd November 2020.
And from 2000hours to 0600hours from Monday 23rd November to Friday 4th December 2020.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
