THE LAND REFORM (SCOTLAND) ACT 2003 NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE DRAFT RENFREWSHIRE CORE PATHS PLAN 2020
The Renfrewshire Council has published a draft Renfrewshire Core Paths Plan 2020 in accordance with s20A of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003. The Plan identifies a network of recreational and travel routes which allow the public reasonable access throughout the local authority area, and will replace the existing Core Paths Plan which was adopted in 2009.
A copy of the 2020 Plan with relevant maps and supporting background papers, as well as a copy of the existing Core Paths Plan with maps, can be viewed on the Renfrewshire Council website at the following address:
Please note that as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, Renfrewshire Council offices and Libraries remain closed. The draft Renfrewshire Core Paths Plan 2020, as well as the existing Core Paths Plan, both with maps, will be available for inspection at these locations when they are re-opened in line with Scottish Government guidance. If you have difficulty in accessing the Plans etc. online, please contact the Strategy and Place team, details below, for assistance.
Representations to the 2020 Plan are invited during a consultation period commencing on 9 November 2020 until 1 March 2021. Representations can be submitted electronically via email to strategyandplace@>renfrewshire.

The closing date for objections and/or representations is 5pm on 1 March 2021.
