Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 & Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposal: Demolition of existing building and erection of flatted residential development Location: 23 Burgh Hall Street, Glasgow, G11 5LY Applicant: Cruden Homes (West) Ltd The site at Burgh Hall Street is not subject to statutory pre-application consultation due to the size and scale of development proposed, however Cruden Homes (West) Ltd wish to engage with the local community and public consultation is to be carried out in line with Scottish Government Regulations. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following Scottish Government guidance, public consultation will be held online at www.23burghhallstreet.co.uk between 8th December 2020 and 15th January 2021. Further information can be obtained via the website or by email to 23burghhallstreet@iceniprojects.com If you wish to comment on the proposals, you may do so by returning an online questionnaire via the website or by email to 23burghhallstreet@iceniprojects.com no later than 15th January 2021. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposed development.
