THE STOPPING UP OF ROADS (FORMER OPENCAST COAL SITE AT GREENBURN: LEADING FROM WELLHILL FARM TO DALGIG) ORDER 2021

East Ayrshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an Order

under Section 207 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act

1997, authorising the retrospective stopping up of:

The internal roads (including the former U719) on the former opencast

coal site at Greenburn leading from Wei I h i 11 Farm to Dalgig. This order is

required as a result of approved planning application 07/0745/FL

A copy of the Order and relevant plan specifying the parts of the roads to be

stopped up, is available at the link below during the period of 30 days from

10th March 2021.

Within that period any person may, by written notice to East Ayrshire Council, object to the making of the Order. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which the objections relate and the grounds on which they are made.
