NOTICE OF EXAMINATION OF UNRESOLVED ISSUES RELATING TO THE PROPOSED REPLACEMENT SOUTH AYRSHIRE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT PLANNING) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008 DPEA Ref No: LDP-370-3
On 11 December 2020 and 19 February 2021, the Council submitted the above proposed plan to the Scottish Ministers, for examination.
The modified proposed plan (MPLDP2) can be viewed on the planning authority's website at:

On 5 March 2021, the Scottish Ministers appointed Ms Claire Milne B.Sc. (Hons), DipTP, MBA, MRTPI, Reporter, to carry out the examination of the Plan. Additional Reporters may be appointed to expedite the preparation of the Examination Report. The administration of the Examination will be carried out by the Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA).
The Council has provided the Reporter with a summary of the issues (Schedule 4 Forms) it considers should be assessed at examination, along with copies of representations received and further information to support the Examination.
In addition, information about the Examination, the Schedule 4 Forms, Further Information Requests, Further Information Responses, Documents Lists, any Hearing Statements and, in due course, the Examination Report, can be viewed on the DPEA website at:
