THE STOPPING UP OF ROADS (FORMER OPENCAST COAL SITE AT GREENBURN: LEADING FROM WELLHILL FARM TO DALGIG) ORDER 2021
East Ayrshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an Order
under Section 207 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act
1997, authorising the permanent stopping up of:
The internal roads (including the former U719) on the former opencast
coal site at Greenburn leading from Wei I h i 11 Farm to Dalgig. This order is
required as a result of approved planning application 07/0745/FL
A copy of the Order and relevant plan specifying the parts of the roads that
are stopped up, is available at the link below
