The Renfrewshire Council has made the jndernoted Orders in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(Bishopton, Dargaval) (20 mph Maximum Speed Limit Zone) Order 2021 (350)

(A8 Greenock Road, Barrangary Road, Bishopton - Renfrew) (Various Speed Limits)(Amendment) Order 2021 (399)

The Orders, which comes into operation on the 5th July 2021 were advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on Wednesday 21st April 2021 and the effect of the Orders is as stated in the said notice. Copies of the Orders and maps relative thereto are available for inspection on the "Tell me Scotland" website for 6 weeks. Ref TRO 350 & 399.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 5th July 2021, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
